These everyday moments offer an ideal opportunity to pause, reflect, and connect with yourself. These moments allow you to reflect on your emotions, process your experiences, and nurture your mental well-being.
I include a tap keychain that takes you to a webpage that I've designed, for several different healing journeys, that display a random prompt each time it is visited (or refreshed). Simply tap your phone or tablet to the NFC chip in the keychain. Each journal order is accompanied by your choice of planner. Please check out the planner section for info.
